LAMIETT is four pool villas on one piece of land in Thep Krasattri, Thalang — the quiet side of the Bangtao strip. One is finished. Three are still plots.

The four plots are not the same size and the villas are not the same layout. Villa 04 is the only four-bedroom house in the project, on the largest plot.

ABOUT THE LAND
FOUR VILLAS IN TOTAL
At four houses the project falls outside Thailand’s land-allocation rules, and no environmental impact assessment is required.
RAISED +70 CM
Every villa is built on a floor level raised 70 cm above the surrounding ground.
TWO STOREYS, WITH A ROOF TERRACE
Villa 04 adds an open roof terrace above the first floor.
